Granules blower to broadcast rubber on polyurethane coatings.

For a perfect surface with secure coverage of the coating material, an even application layer and a su fficient quantity of granulate are absolutely essential. The special challenge faced during the careful spreading required for the installation of a running track is to provide large granulate throw widths with a high degree of accuracy. This activity is usually labour intensive and is carried out by hand, using shovels. The GranuMatic makes this work much easier.

With this spreader tube, the granulate can be scattered in precisely measured quantities in a radius of up to 12 metres. The delivery capacity is approx. 50 to 75 kg/min, depending on the specification of the granulate. The capacity of the material container is approx. 200 litres and it therefore serves as a buffer and feed container during the work operation.
