TrackCutter TC400

Cutting machine for synthetic sports surfaces.

After they have become unusable, worn elastic sports surfaces can be relatively easily detached from the construction (usually asphalt). However, plates and strips are often not defined.

This can be avoided by using the TrackCutter before peeling. It cuts all elastic layers from rubber granulate or PU into even manageable plates or strips – preferably of approx. 1.00 m x 1.00 m in size. A wear-resistant fly cutter tool separates the layer. The cutting depth is infinitely adjustable from 0 – 15 mm.

The TrackCutter is also ideal for layer renovation. It significantly facilitates and speeds up the cutting of damaged areas. The machine cuts easily alongside curb stones and discharge drains.

The cutting performance with the depth of 10 mm and the plate size or kerf spacing of 1.00 m is approximately 400 m²/h.
