Cutting System
The collection lawnmower decks are distinguished by the direction of rotation of the blades , contrary to that of traditional lawnmowers. The reverse rotation, combined with the exclusive shape of the specifically designed crankcase, offers a cutting quality close to that obtainable with a helical blade lawnmower and a very high collection capacity without clogging , even with tall, damp grass. A front opening in the deck guards makes the edge higher than the cutting level of the blades. This difference in height, by not bending the grass, allows the blade to make an accurate cut even in the presence of tall grass.

Robust and Reliable
The blade transmission by means of mechanical gearboxes with ductile iron boxes and helical bevel gears in an oil bath is robust and reliable . The discs with shock-proof retracting blades protect the transmission from impact with foreign bodies present in the lawn.
The decks are floating so as to naturally adapt to the undulations of the ground for an always accurate cut . The plate wheels are anti-puncture, made of soft solid rubber. The exclusive cutting height adjustment is implemented by rotating a single lever, very quickly and without any effort. The total time to vary the cutting height is less than 10 seconds.
The vertical hydraulic positioning system of the lawnmower allows easy access to the lower part of the lawnmower, making maintenance operations very simple.
The machine is able to cut and collect grass, together with leaves, waste paper, cans, plastic bottles, etc. with an effective hourly yield varying from 10,000 to 20,000 m2/hour and with impeccable cutting and harvesting quality.
